Parts are not included in labor prices. Minnesota sales tax applies to install labor and parts, including installs of parts you supply. Cleaning, Windows reinstall and data transfer are listed separately on your work order.

How It Works
- Contact me. Tell me about your PC and what you'd like to upgrade.
- $49 inspection. I inspect your desktop and check compatibility. If you approve the work, the full $49 is credited toward it.
- Written work order. You get a written work order with the services, parts, price and estimated completion time.
- Parts deposit. Bring your own parts, or I order them for you. Parts I order are paid in full up front, along with the inspection.
- Install and test. I install the upgrade, stress-test the system and clean up.
- Pickup. Labor is due at pickup. Payment by card, ACH bank transfer or cash.
Good to Know
- Desktops only. I don't work on laptops.
- My labor is warranted for 30 days. New parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Parts already in your PC are not covered.
- Please back up your data before drop-off.
- Removed parts are returned to you. I don't offer trade-in credit.
- Timing depends on the job and parts availability. Your work order lists the estimated completion.
- A storage fee may apply to PCs left unclaimed for more than 30 days after they are ready.
